Gilmore Lodge is in the heart of Queenstown, it is a two story home with the ground and upper floor only connected by stairs. There is a one car garage with internal access to the house.
The Lodge has a full kitchen with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a ceiling track to assist with lifting if people have the appropriate equipment. The ground floor bathroom has a large wet area shower with fold down seat attached to the wall and a commode chair available for use.
